For this position, you will need to have excellent on-stage leadership, both musically and spiritually. We are seeking someone with exceptional vocal and strong instrumental abilities who is comfortable performing across a wide variety of genres.

KidCare is a critical ministry at Sagebrush Church because it not only provides care for children while parents are

attending classes and groups, but it also provides a structured environment for children where they can make friends,

have fun, and grow in their faith. KidCare is a ministry under the umbrella of the Sagebrush Small Group Ministry.

2025 - 2026 Residency Program

  We are now accepting applications for our Summer/Fall 2025 cohort. Our one-year program supports new professionals with specialized on-the-job skills training, strong connections in a faith-based community, and a formalized training and development program. For new graduates relocating to Albuquerque, Sagebrush offers excellent, fully furnished housing provided at no cost during the Residency Program.

The Campus Pastor oversees the successful operations of an individual Sagebrush campus. Though every campus has unique assets and challenges, all Sagebrush campuses come together under the direction of centralized leadership to pursue the mission: To Know Christ and to Make Christ Known. The Campus Pastor plays a vital role in providing guidance and ensuring teams work together to provide excellent services that align with Sagebrush’s vision. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated pastor who truly cares for the spiritual health of others.

Small Groups Pastor

Sagebrush is seeking a full-time Community Groups Pastor to join our staff! This pastor will work with the Executive Director of Groups & Assimilation to provide vision, direction, care, and support to 100+ community groups and group leaders who are connected to the Riverside campus. This individual will help ensure that group leaders are well-discipled, group content is approved and effective, and group assimilation is seamless. This individual will also provide progress reports to the executive team to share wins, losses, and needs of the ministry while collaborating with other group areas and leaders.

Graphic Designer

Are you looking for an opportunity to leverage your skills for a greater purpose? Sagebrush is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team! The Graphic Designer role will create visual storytelling through graphic layouts, branding, and multimedia elements. Your keen eye for design aesthetics, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual assets will make a difference in the lives of others as we pursue our mission: to know Christ and to make Christ known.
