Operations Director

--Sagebrush Church--

Location: Farmington, NM (On-site)

Status: Part-Time

The Farmington Operations Director is responsible for assisting the campus pastor and supporting campus ministries by overseeing the administrative, guest-centered, operational, and maintenance needs of the campus. This position is unique to campuses like Belize and Farmington due to their distance from Albuquerque and the need for extra coordination of resources to help the campus stay efficient, clean, and organized. 

QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to adhere to the Sagebrush Staff Covenant, maintaining a way of life that is Christ-centered.
• Practical communication and relationship building skills.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sagebrush.
• Detail-orientation, with a focus on follow-through.
• The ability to lead through relational influence.
• Flexible and willing to adapt to varying schedules and level of work required from week to week.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the Farmington facilities and keep the campus organized, clean, and excellent.
• Provide oversight and support to our weekend operational teams.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, orders, and resources for the campus.
• Maintain equipment and supplies used throughout the facility.
• Assist the campus pastor and ministry teams for big weekends or special occasions.
• Maintain a servant-leader approach to lead by influence rather than by job title.
• Model integrity, interpersonal skills, situational awareness, and 360-degree leadership.
• Communicate consistently with the creative director to ensure a “strong united front”.
• Avoid making decisions in isolation that could result in confusion or division.
• Strive to help drive excellence and effectiveness into all of our staff teams.
• Pursue organizational self-mastery and begin every day with a clear plan of action.
